Location: Configuration Route Revision
Overview:
A revision route allows to define the revision steps that registered documents in SE Suite will go through, as well as the users flow that will be responsible for the execution. From this menu, it is possible to create all the possible revision routes that can be used in the records that have revision control.
Specific Buttons:

Click on this button to add a new revision route. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a revision route section.

Click on this button to edit the revision route selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the revision route selected in the list of records. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Use "Search filters" to find records more easily through specific information: ID #, name, record status, and components that use them.
