Overview:
A controlled directory is a directory set in different servers. This feature affords file servers in different locations, speeding the display of electronic files in the environment where they are most used. The directories configured in this menu can be used to define the storage of the attachments (SE Configuration) and the electronic files of the documents (SE Document) and items (SE PDM).

Click on this button to add a new controlled directory. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a controlled directory section.

Click on this button to edit the controlled directory selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the controlled directory selected in the list of records. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Use "Search filters" to find records more easily through specific information: ID #, name, record status, and components that use them.
