If the "Proficiency scale" and "Revision" fields are edited in a created competence used in a mapping, it will be necessary to perform adjustments to its proficiency levels. By confirming the request made by the system, when saving the record, the competence is blocked.
See how to adjust the proficiency levels and unblock the competence:

On the main screen, locate and select the competence you wish to unblock. Blocked competences can be identified by the  icon in the B column of the list of records.

After that, click on More   on the toolbar.

The screen to configure question randomization is divided in two columns:
▪The From column displays the data of the proficiency scale associated with the competence before it is blocked for editing and lists its proficiency levels. ▪The To column displays the proficiency scale data after editing. In the fields of the proficiency level listing, select the new levels that will be equivalent to the proficiency levels of the From column.

After performing the necessary configurations, click on the Save button at the bottom of the screen. Thus, the competence will be unlocked and the already evaluated levels of employees in the mappings will be updated.
