Overview:
Email import consists of capturing e-mails with their attachments that have been sent to a particular account and creating incidents from each of them, as well as executing a process activity and filtering the message entry of e-mail. Through this menu, it is possible to create and configure the scheduling that will perform the verification of the desired e-mail accounts and, consequently, their import.

Click on this button to add a new e-mail import scheduling. See further details about this operation in the E-mail import configuration section.

Click on this button to edit the e-mail import scheduling selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the e-mail import scheduling selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use Search filters to find records more easily through specific information (ID # and/or name).
