Improvements in the audit and requirements data reports

For this version, several improvements have been implemented to reports:

Audit data report and Filled out requirement report

•Reduction of the report loading time.

•Full printing of the field content that allows format, tables and images (description, tip, evidences and findings).

•Improvement in the requirement occurrence detailing:

oFor each action plan related to a requirement: the action listing is displayed, with data such as planned dates, actual dates and result.

oFor incidents and problems related to a requirement: the plans and actions are listed, also with detailing.

Blank requirement report

•Reduction of the report loading time.

•Allowed to configure the amount of blank lines necessary for manual completion of data such as evidences and comments during the audit.

Improvements in the audit evaluation with the sum method

Aiming at improving the use of the sum method, from this version onwards, it is possible to configure negative values for the conformity levels. Thus, it is possible to increase or decrease the result according to the conformity level.

In addition to the values by conformity level, it is now possible to enter the score limit for the evaluation criterion. For example: Maximum score for the reference requirement = 100 points. Thus, it is possible to obtain a better usage of this method for a requirement audit.

Audit rejection comment in the audit history

When approving or rejecting an audit step, the comment made by the approver is now added to the history in the audit data, without the need to access another location to have access to this information. This resource is not applicable to audit projects (Integration with SoftExpert Project).

Working paper data validation

A button has been added to the working paper to check for possible incomplete data, ensuring the correct completion before sending the audit to the next step.
