From this version onwards, it will be possible to execute the publication acknowledgment tasks through the SE Document Android application. This improvement aims at facilitating the release of this task for the users of the application.
ClickSign is an electronic signature platform with legal validity, and it is now possible to integrate it with SE Suite, allowing documents stored in SoftExpert Document to be signed. To perform the integration, it is necessary to hire the ClickSign service with API support.
The attribute filter has been added along with the option of displaying the attributes in the revision view listing, making it easier to search for and view the data directly in the view screen.
Several improvements have been made to the container, such as:
•Limiting the category a container item can have;
•Creating the revision of a document associated with the container;
•Adding a new document directly from the container; and also
•Controlling the documents and files missing from the container items in a visual way.
From version 2.1 onwards, the document training record task belongs to the SoftExpert Document task group. Thus, the SoftExpert Training training record task will now only list the course training needs, if the option is checked in the general parameters. The functionality of the task has not changed.
