To meet some security regulations, the system now saves the HASH of the file converted to PDF and displays the HASH of the original and converted files in the document data.
To ensure a better performance in the search results of the document view and file screens, the system now sorts the result solely by the document ID #, but when the quick search file is used, the sorting remains by the relevance in the search so that more relevant documents are displayed to the user.
It is now possible to translate the name of the document category to several languages, so that users see the category names in their own language, facilitating the use of the system.
From this version onwards, it is possible to check the queue of files that are pending for metadata update and those that are pending for automatic signature through the PDF conversion maintenance screen. It is also possible to check for possible errors in both operations, with the option to try again.
To meet these new items on the screen, the screen name has been edited to Service tracking.
Aiming to facilitate the handling of locally saved files, from this version onwards, when downloading multiple documents, the system will download all of them in a single folder. Only documents with a complex file structure will be exported with the same folder structure as the container.
A new SOAP method is available for document creation in SoftExpert Document, in which it will be possible to have the document ID # created in a single parameter, facilitating its use in integrations. It will also be possible to send the attributes as a list (array), facilitating the integration with other systems.
To facilitate the use of the system for users with a Support license, from this version onwards, released documents and documents under revision will also be displayed on the Document Execution Indexing (DC056) screen.
From this version onwards, public sharings will, by default, make available the file converted to PDF, and, if necessary, the access to the original file must be configured in the sharing.
