Survey

External users as survey respondents

From this version onwards, it is possible to use external users as survey respondents. External users can be recorded in the system and require access authentication, unlike guest respondents. Once the external user is created, they can be associated with several surveys as an entity of SE Suite, such as internal users, departments, positions and teams. The external users that are used as survey respondents will receive an e-mail with the link to answer it, and will only be able to perform the action after authentication.
