An indicator may be: a factor chosen that influences the efficacy of the product/process; an important measure that can be used in isolation or in conjunction with other measures to monitor the organization's performance; or a metric (financial or not), used to reflect the success factors of the organization. Use this menu to create all the indicators which may be used subsequently to assemble the structure of the scorecards.

	Click on this button to add a new indicator. For further information on this operation, see the Creating an indicator section.
	Click on this button to edit the indicator selected on the list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the indicator selected on the list of records.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue all records or only selected records, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or view the parameters that can be used to configure new reports.
	Click on this button to import indicators from an .xls file. See further details about this operation in the Indicator import section.
	Click on this button to export to an .xls file and the indicators presented in the list of records. Note that the export-generated worksheet can be used as a template to subsequently perform an import of indicators.
	Click on this button to enable/disable the selected record on the main screen. By disabling the indicator through this menu, the indicator will not be disabled in the scorecard. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.
