Task:

Measurement rejection
|
Who receives it:
|
Users with the Measurement control allowed in the security of the indicator.
|
When:
|
The measurement values that are entered for an indicator period are rejected.
|
Purpose:
|
To allow those responsible to correct the indicator measurement values.
|
How to execute this task:
1.

In the pending list of records, locate and select the desired indicator.
|

To adjust measurement values without accessing the scorecard structure, click on the  button on the toolbar.
Use the  button to access the scorecard structure and adjust the measurement values. In this case, click on the Target/Measurement option of the toolbar in the "Structure" vision and follow the steps below.

At this point, the values input screen will be displayed. The value of the rejected measurement can be identified by the  icon in the Status column located next to the field. In this case, enter the correct measurement value for the indicator in the period in question. The value should be entered in the measurement unit associated with the indicator. The number of decimal places available has also been configured in the indicator.

Once done, click on the Save button at the top of the screen and close the window. At this point, the Measurement approval task will be generated for the responsible parties again and the indicator will no longer be shown in the list of pending records.
