Overview:

Use this menu to view all courses and paths saved in the system.

 

Specific buttons:

view

Click on this button to view the data screen of the course/path selected from the list of records.

olap

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

report_config

Click on the arrow placed next to this button to configure and issue the desired courses reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

3_quadrants

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. After selecting this option, the third quadrant displays the details of the course/path selected in the second quadrant.

2_quadrants

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

 

Use the following filters to find the desired records you want by using specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the addfilter button to add them.

Course: Select the course or path you wish to view.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the course/path you wish to view.

Name: Enter the name of the course/path you wish to view.

Type: Expand the list and check the option that corresponds to the record you wish to search: path or course. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.

Usage: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the use of the course record you wish to view: employee profile and training.

Status: Expand the list and select the options corresponding to the status of the course or path record you wish to view: active or inactive.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the desired course by using the competence, instructor, educational entity, evaluation item and/or prerequisite associated with it.

 
hmtoggle_arrow1Default configuration

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired course, through the default training configuration associated with it. To do that, select the type that classifies the configuration or select the default configuration of the course. It is also possible to enter the ID # and/or name of the desired training configuration.

Category: Select the category that classifies the document associated as an object of the course you wish to view. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected category to be also considered in the search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the document associated as an object of the course you wish to view.

Title/Summary: Enter the title or summary of the document associated as an object of the course you wish to view.

Revision: Enter the revision of the document associated as an object of the course you wish to view.

Author: Enter the author of the document associated as an object of the course you wish to view.

Document status: Expand the list of options and check the options that correspond to the status of the document associated as an object of the course you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.

Show only courses with related objects: Check this option for the system to display only courses that have documents associated with them as objects in the search result.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the course you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

ID #: Enter the identifier of the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view.

Title: Enter the title of the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view.

Planned date: Enter the date range that covers the period planned for performing the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view.

Actual date: Enter the date range that covers the period in which the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view was performed.

Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.

Category: Select the category that classifies the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view. When checking the Display lower level records option, the categories that are below the hierarchy of the selected category will also be considered in the view.

Deadline: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the deadline of the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to check all available options and clear the markups performed.

Employee: Select the user to whom the development plan was saved and who participated in the course you wish to view. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged user data or clear it.

Evaluation plan execution: The following fields are available:

▪Evaluation plan: Select the evaluation plan from which the development plan for the employee who participated in the course was generated.

▪Cycle: Enter the execution number range of the competence evaluation that covers the evaluation from which the development plan saved for the employee who participated in the course was generated.

▪Only plan last execution: Check this option for the system to consider only the last execution of the development plan generated from the competence evaluation in the search.

Check the Only favorite courses option for the search to present only the courses classified as favorites. For more information, refer to the Search Filters arrowrgray View favorite records section.

 

After entering the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel to search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
