Location: View Employee Position courses
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to track the mapping of courses made to the employees of the organization in the system, that is, if the course has been mapped in an organizational (for all users who perform a position) or individual (for a specific user) form, if the employees are considered fit or unfit according to the mapping, if they were evaluated or not, if there is the need for pending training, the status of the execution of the courses and paths that they are performing, among other information. In the list of records are presented the employees, the department to which they belong and the position they exercise, this way, grouping the courses and paths that were mapped. Note that only the information which the logged user is allowed to access will be displayed, according to the configurations performed in the general parameters of the SE Administration component.

Click on the arrow placed next to this button and select the desired option:
▪View data: Allows to view the mapping data of the course selected from the list of records. ▪View employee profile: Allows to view the profile data screen of the employee whose mapped course was selected from the list of records. ▪View valid training: Allows you to view the current training data of the mapped course that was selected in the list of records. This button will only be enabled if the training status is "Approved" or "Finished". ▪View next training: Allows you to view the training data in progress related to the mapped course selected in the list of records. |

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow placed next to this button to configure and issue the desired position courses reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. When this option is selected, the details of selected employee profile whose course was mapped in the list of records are displayed in the third quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

Use the following filters to find the desired records you want by using specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.

Click on the Select department button and in the Group by field, click on the corresponding option for which you wish to find the record: all, active, or inactive. In the panel below this field, in the displayed hierarchy, select the object you wish to use as a filter. Then, click on Apply. For more information, refer to the Search filters Filtering records through the type hierarchy section.

Click on the Add employee button and select the department, position, or the employee whose mapping you wish to view. Then, click on Apply.

User ID: Enter the user ID of the employee whose course mapping you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the employee whose course mapping you wish to view.
Position: Select the position exercised by the employee whose course mapping you wish to view. Use the other buttons located next to this field to fill it in with the logged user position and clear the value in the field.
Leader: Enter the name of the leader of the employee whose course mapping you wish to view.
User status: Expand the list and check the possible status of the employee record in the system: active and inactive. Use the buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Department and position status: Expand the list and check the respective options to indicate whether the employee is qualified or unqualified according to the courses mapping.
Hire date: Select the date range that covers the hire date of the employee whose mapped course you wish to view in the organization.
Comments: Enter comments regarding the employee whose course mapping you wish to view.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the profile of the employee whose courses you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Status: Expand the list and check the possible status of the employee in relation to the mapping: qualified, unqualified and/or not evaluated. Use the buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Requirement: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the course mapped for the employee you wish to view: required, desirable, or not applicable.
Mapping type: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the mapping type that you wish to view: organizational or individual.
Filter by default department/position: Keep this option checked so that only the mapped courses for the department and the default position of the employee whose mapping you wish to view to be displayed in the search result. Uncheck it so that the mapped courses for the other enabled departments and positions associated with the employee are also considered in the view.

Course type: Select the course type used in the mapping that you wish to search.
Course: Select the course used in the mapping you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the course ID # used in the mapping you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the course used in the mapping you wish to search.
Type: Expand the list and check the option that corresponds to the record used in the mapping that you wish to search: path or course.
Training: Use the following fields to find the mapping by course-related training:
▪Start: Select the date range that covers the start date of the training related to the course used in the mapping you wish to search. ▪End: Select the date range that covers the end date of the training related to the course used in the mapping you wish to search. ▪Validity: Select the date range that covers the validity period of the training related to the course used in the mapping you wish to search. ▪Training status: Check the options that correspond to the training status related to the course used in the mapping you wish to search. ▪Object requires training: Check this option for the system to display, in the search result, the courses with associated objects to which training needs to be performed.

Only favorite employees: Check this option for the system to display only employees classified as favorites in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.
Only favorite courses: Check this option for the system to display only courses classified as favorites in the search result.

After entering the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel to search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
