Next, click on the button on the third quadrant side toolbar and select the desired option:
▪Add training planning: The system will display the screen to add a training in the planning step for the selected users. Refer to the Adding a training section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation. ▪Add training execution: The data screen to add a training directly in the execution step for the selected users will be displayed. Refer to the Adding a training section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation. ▪Associate to opened training: On the screen that will be displayed, locate and select the training with which you wish to associate the selected users. ▪Profile course: This option will not be available if more than one user is selected. This option must be used if the course was performed by the employee outside of the organization or if it was no controlled through SE Training. On the screen that will open, select the educational entity that has given the course, enter the training method, the period in which it was performed, the workload, the date until which it is valid (if applicable), the grade obtained and the attendance of the employee in the course. Record also comments on the course, attach files related to it and associate related competences and evaluation items.
