By clicking on the Action plan component in the widget panel, the following will be displayed:
This widget displays a chart with the action deadline status (whether isolated or action plans) which the logged-in user is responsible for and/or is part of the responsible team, allowing its tracking. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, configuring filters, viewing last update information, editing the analysis, configuring a link for external access and deleting it will be displayed. Refer to the Analysis tools section for further details about this operation.
After closing the portal edition, the chart will be displayed to track the actions. When hovering the mouse over the widget, the options that allow viewing the last update information, searching in it, tracking the actions in a listing, resorting the information, exporting information to .xlsx, .png or .pdf files (according to the viewing), updating the widget and displaying it in full screen will be displayed.

This widget allows the user to execute the actions under their responsibility. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area.
After closing portal editing, all actions associated with the user in the "Who?" field of the action data screen under the "To be started" and "In progress" statuses will be displayed. To execute an action, hover the mouse over it and click on the Execute option that will be displayed. At this point, the action data screen will be opened.

Use this widget to configure shortcuts for the creation of action plans or isolated actions from categories and templates. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. Once done, it is possible to configure it through the displayed link or through the button on the upper right corner. On the screen that opens, the following fields are available:

In the Categories field, enter the ID # or name of the category and in the listing that will be displayed, select the desired record. Add all desired categories.
If no categories are added to the respective field, it will only be possible to add plans from a template.

The action plan templates in which the logged user has the Add control enabled in the security of the categories that classify them will be available.

Allows customizing the action plan templates that should be displayed in the widget.
In the Templates field, enter the ID # or name of the template and on the listing that will be displayed, select the desired record. Add all desired templates.
If no templates are added to the respective field, it will only be possible to add new plans to categories.

Once done, click on Save. After closing the portal editing, the action plan categories/templates will be displayed in the widget. Click on the category/template in which you wish to perform the addition. At this point, the data screen to add the record will be opened.
