Nonproject task*

Customer associated with the nonproject task and the project*

*according to the selected report creation option

Timesheet performed in the nonproject or project task

Actual revenue added to the nonproject or project task

 

Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to configure the service report of the nonproject tasks and of the projects saved in the SE Project component. This report will include the hours spent with third-party services (at the customer's) during the execution of the project or nonproject task. Through the field located in the right upper corner of this menu, it is possible to alternate between the following visions:

Report: Allows viewing and configuring the service report.

Timesheet: Allows generating service reports from time entered in project or nonproject tasks saved in the system. See how to generate a service report in this vision in the Creating a service report from timesheets/revenues section.

Revenue: Allows generating service reports from the actual revenues added to project or nonproject tasks saved in the system. See how to generate a service report in this vision in the Creating a service report from timesheets/revenues section.

 

Specific buttons:

new_meeting_project

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the corresponding option to add a project service or a nonproject task service report. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a service report section.

edit

Click on this button to edit the service report selected in the list of records.

delete

Click on this button to delete the service report selected in the list of records.

view

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the corresponding option to view the service report data or view the data of the project/nonproject task to which the report selected in the list of records refers.

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to print the service report selected in the list of records. Notice that it will only be possible to print reports whose status is Print, Approval or Finished. See more details about this operation in the Printing a service report section. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and it also searches for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

next

Click on this button to send the test selected in the list of records to the next configured step. Note that this button will not be available if the service report status is "Approval" or "Closed". See further details in the Sending a service report to the next step section.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
