Occur. #: Enter the ID # range that covers the ID # of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view.
Status: Check the option that corresponds to the status of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view: Open, Concluded or Cancelled.
Step: Select the execution step in which the occurrence whose related task you wish to view is found.
Keyword: Enter a word or part of a word that belongs to the name of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view.
Classification: Select the classification of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view. Check the Display lower level records option for the subclassifications of the selected classification to be considered in the view search as well.
Occurrence department: Select the department where the occurrence whose related task you wish to view happened. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected department to be considered in the view search as well.
Owner dept.: Select the department that issued the occurrence record whose related task you wish to view. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected department to be considered in the view search as well.
Owner: Select the user who issued the occurrence whose related task you wish to view.
Severity: Select the severity level of the occurrence whose related task you wish to view.
