Actions and plans

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite records in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

ID #: Enter the record ID # you wish to search.

Title: Enter the name of the (title) record you wish to search.

Search in: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the record type you wish to see: isolated action, action plan action, and/or action plan. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones.

Execution type: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the action execution type (plan/isolated) that you wish to see: immediate and/or planned.

Planned date: Select the date range that covers the planned start and end dates for the record execution that you wish to search.

Actual date: Select the date range that covers the actual start and end dates of the record execution that you wish to search.

Status: Expand the list of options and check the possible status in which the record you wish to search is found. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones.

Action plan whose execution was rejected: Check this option so that they are displayed in the search result, only those records that had their execution failed in the verification step.

Action whose execution was rejected: Check this option so that both the plans whose actions had their verification rejected and the plan actions and isolated actions that had their verification rejected are displayed in the search results, according to the selected vision.

Priority: Select the Evaluation method and the Priority result of the record you wish to search.

Deadline: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the record execution deadline that you wish to search.

Responsible for planning: Select the user responsible for planning the record you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged-in user data or clear it.

Action plan/action responsibility: Select the user responsible for the record you wish to view.

Responsible for the execution: Select the user responsible for the action execution (plan/isolated) you wish to search.

Team: Select the responsible team for the planning/tracking of the record you wish to search.

Object type: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the components of SE Suite, from which the record you wish to search was created. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones.

Object: Enter the name or the ID # of the object from which the action plan you wish to view was created.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the category of the record you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Request: Select the request that was executed by the record you wish to search.

ID #: Select the ID # of the request that was executed by the record you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the request that was executed by the record you wish to search.

Status: Expand the list and select the options corresponding to the possible status in which the request served by the record you wish to search is located. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all the options and clear the checked ones.

Issue: Select the issuing Department or the Owner of the request that was met by the record you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged-in user data or clear it.

Approved: Enter in the respective fields the responsible, department, position and/or responsible team for the execution of the request met by the record you wish to search.

Period: In the Last __ day(s) field, enter the number of days prior to the current date, which covers the date on which the request was executed by the record you wish to search. If you prefer, use the Start date and End date fields to select the range of dates that covers the date on which the request related to the record you wish to search, was executed.

Use the fields in this filter to find the desired record, through the indicator (SE Performance) associated with it. To do that, enter the ID #, name and/or status of the record, or select the desired indicator. Select the Indicators without value option, so that indicators that do not have target and measurement values entered are also considered in the search result. If this option is not selected, only indicators containing target and measurement values will be considered.

Select in the respective field, the element to which the action plan that you wish to search is associated (SE Performance).

Select in the respective field, the scorecard to which the action plan that you wish to search is associated (SE Performance).

Use this filter to locate the action plans that were created as individual development plan (IDP), for the employees recorded in SE Suite. For this feature to work correctly, it is necessary that the SE Competence component is part of the solutions acquired by your organization. The following fields are available:

Department: Select the department of the employee for which you created the action plan you wish to search. Check the Display lower level records option for the subcategories of the selected department to be considered in the search as well.

Position: Select the position exercised by the employee for which you created the action plan you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it with the logged-in user data or clear it.

Employee: Select the employee for which you created the action plan you wish to search.

Evaluation plan execution: Use the following fields to locate the action plan through the competence evaluation from which it was created:

▪Evaluation plan: Select the evaluation plan (SE Competence) whose evaluation resulted in the action plan you wish to search.

▪Cycle: Enter the number range that covers the execution cycle of the evaluation plan that resulted in the action plan you wish to search.

▪Only plan last execution: Select this option to be considered only in the search, the last execution cycle of the evaluation plan that resulted in the action plan you wish to search.
