Location: View Activity
Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to view all APQP/PPAP activities saved in the system.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the activity data or the APQP/PPAP data that contains the activity selected on the main screen.

When clicked, it loads SE Analytics for the result obtained in the search to be analyzed.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, or searching for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the search filters described below to locate the desired record(s) based on specific information. To use such filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add filters.

Use this filter to locate activities of a specific APQP/PPAP:
APQP/PPAP #: Enter the number of the activity you wish to view.
Status: Select the possible status of the activity you wish to view: planning, execution, finished or cancelled.
Form: Select the form that contains the activity you wish to view.

Use this filter to locate activities based on the item associated with the APQP/PPAP that contains the activity you wish to view:
Item: Select the item associated with the activity you wish to view.
Revision: Select the revision number of the item associated with the activity you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the item associated with the activity you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the item associated with the activity you wish to view.

Use this filter to find activities based on the customer of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP that contains the activity you wish to view:
Customer: Select the customer of item associated with the activity you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the identifier of the customer of the item associated with the activity you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the customer of the item associated with the activity you wish to view.

After filling out the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard.
