Revision

The APQP/PPAPs created in the system may be periodically revised. The revision view allows the user to quickly and efficiently search for all APQP/PPAP revisions saved in the system.

	When clicked, it opens the APQP/PPAP data screen selected on the main screen for viewing.
	When clicked, it allows viewing the form data of the selected record.
	When clicked, it loads SE Analytics for the result obtained in the search to be analyzed.
	Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, or searching for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the search filters described below to locate the desired record(s) based on specific information. To use such filters, go to the Search filters panel and click on the

button to add filters.

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite records in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

APQP/PPAP #: Enter the number that identifies the APQP/PPAP whose revision you wish to view.

Name: Enter the name of the APQP/PPAP, whose revision you wish to view.

Status: Select the possible status of the APQP/PPAP you wish to view: planning, execution, finished or cancelled.

Object status: Select whether the revision of the APQP/PPAP that will be viewed is released or in progress (Revision).

Use this filter to locate revisions of APQP/PPAPs that have a determined item associated with them:

Item: Select the item associated with the APQP/PPAP, whose revision you wish to view.

Revision: Select the revision number of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP, whose revision you wish to view.

ID #: Enter the identifier of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP, whose revision you wish to view.

Name: Enter the name of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP, whose revision you wish to view.

Use this filter to locate the revisions of a determined APQP/PPAP based on the customer of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP:

Customer: Select the customer of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP whose revision you wish to view.

ID #: Enter the identifier of the customer of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP, whose revision you wish to view.

Name: Enter the name of the customer of the item associated with the APQP/PPAP, whose revision you wish to view.

Use this filter to find the APQP/PPAPs that have a defined attribute. For that, click on the Add attribute button and select the desired attribute. To further filter your view, it is possible to enter which value the attribute should or should not have for the records to be displayed in the view. To use more than one attribute in this search, just repeat this procedure.
