Activity execution

Task:	Activity execution
Who receives it:	Drafter (specific user or members of a team) defined for the activity form during the APQP/PPAP planning.
When:	After planning, just as the schedule is sent to execution.
Purpose:	To enter the actual data of the activity and fill out the checklist associated with it.

How to execute this task:

Select the desired APQP/PPAP from the list of pending records.

Use the toolbar buttons to make the necessary changes to the revision.

After that, click on the button on the toolbar.

At this point, the APQP/PPAP activity execution screen will be displayed:

To start the execution of the APQP/PPAP activity, simply enter the date on which the activity was started in the Start field in the Actual section.

Fill in the other information related to the execution of the activity in question.

To finish the execution of the APQP/PPAP activity, simply enter the date on which the activity was finished in the End field in the Actual section.

After entering all required information, save the record. At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the activity to the next step. If the question is not confirmed, the record will remain pending. However, if the question is confirmed, the activity goes to one of the following steps:

▪Activity approval: The activity will only continue to this step if, during the APQP/PPAP planning, a user, a team or an approval route is defined for the activity execution.

▪Finished: If the approval step is not configured in the activity, then the execution will be finished.
