Creating APQP/PPAP templates

To create a new APQP/PPAP template, in the main screen toolbar, click on the new button.

 

At this point, the APQP/PPAP template data screen will be displayed. Fill out the identification and name fields for the APQP/PPAP template:

In the list, click on the new button and select one of the following options:

Form: Select this option to add forms in the list of records itself. When selecting this option, a new row will be displayed in the list, allowing the form to be selected in the list itself.

Multiple: Select this option to add multiple forms at once. When selecting this option, a screen will be displayed, allowing you to associate one or more forms at once.

 

After adding one or more forms, the remaining data may be entered in the listing columns. To do that, double-click on the row that corresponds to each of the columns described below:

Form

Enter the desired form. If a form has already been filled out, it will be possible to change it by another form. In this field, in addition to the system default forms, the system will also display customized forms.

Duration (days)

Enter the number of days for execution.

Drafter

Enter the information regarding the drafter:

Type: Define whether the drafter will be a user or a team.

Responsible: Select the user or team that will be responsible for execution.

Approver

Enter the information regarding the approver:

Type: Define whether there will be approval and whether it will be performed by a user, team or approval route.

Responsibility: Select the user or team that will be responsible for the approval.

 

To add or delete forms to/from the APQP/PPAP template, simply click on the side buttons in the respective section.

 

Save the record.
