The revision tasks of APQP/PPAPs saved in the system may be based on the ISO9000 standard or on any previously configured process, which will be instantiated in the SE Workflow component. Such configuration is set in the APQP/PPAP type. See below some important information regarding revision tasks:
The revision execution screen is displayed as shown in the example below. Use the toolbar buttons to perform the necessary operations. Each of the available buttons will be described below.
Notice that the RS column in the list of records indicates the revision step in which each record is. Hover over the icon for the system to display the name of the step:
ATTENTION
The "GT" column is only valid for revisions based on processes. It displays the responsibility type for the execution of each activity - functional role, department/functional role, department, department/position, or user. Hover over each icon to identify what they represent and use the respective toolbar buttons (described right below) to associate/disassociate activities to/from the logged user. Remember that the party responsible for executing each activity must be configured during the modeling of the process (via the process modeler - SE Process component).

Click on this button to execute the revision. See more details in the Executing revision tasks section.

Click on this button to edit an APQP/PPAP. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on the arrow placed on the right side of this button, to view the data screen of the data of the revision or the data of the selected APQP/PPAP.

When clicked, it associates the selected activity with the list of tasks of the logged user. The activity stops being the responsibility of a group (functional role, department/functional role, department, or department/position) and becomes the exclusive responsibility of the user who took it. Remember that this button will only be available if the APQP/PPAP revision is based on a process instantiated in the SE Workflow component.

When clicked, it disassociates the selected activity from the list of tasks of the logged user. The task stops being under the exclusive responsibility of the user and becomes the responsibility of a group (functional role, department/functional role, department, or department/position), that is, any user in the group may execute it. Remember that this button will only be available if the APQP/PPAP revision is based on a process instantiated in the SE Workflow component.

When clicked, it opens the process flowchart of the selected revision. Remember that this button will only be available if the APQP/PPAP revision is based on a process instantiated in the SE Workflow component.

When clicked, it opens the data screen of the activity of the revision process that will be executed by the logged user. Remember that this button will only be available if the APQP/PPAP revision is based on a process instantiated in the SE Workflow component.
