Location: File Downtime reason
Overview:
The downtime reason indicates why the use of a determined asset will have to be interrupted. A downtime, or interruption, may occur due to several reasons: verification, maintenance, power outage, etc.

Click on this button to create a new downtime reason. See further details about this operation in the Creating a downtime reason section.

Click on this button to edit the downtime reason selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the downtime reason selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the downtime reason selected in the list of records in "Read-only" mode.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search filters" to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, and/or status).
