Location: Management Asset revision
Overview:
In SE Asset, in addition to the standard revision flow (called ISO9000 based), it is allowed to instantiate a process (workflow) to proceed in the revision flow. When creating assets of a type with a configured revision, the system will automatically create the revisions during the addition. Whenever needed, the users who belong to the team responsible for the asset can create new revisions and track their progress. That is, through this menu, new revisions will only be created for assets that have already been added and released. In the first quadrant, the search filters, which allow you to find the desired assets more easily, are displayed. The second quadrant displays the created assets with revision control configured in its type, whereas the third quadrant will display the revisions the asset selected in the second quadrant has already gone or is going through.

Click on this button to add a new revision to the asset selected in the list of records. See more details about this operation in the Creating an asset revision section.

Click on this button to edit the revision selected in the list of records of the third quadrant. This button will only be available if the selected revision is not "closed". See more details in the Editing a revision section.

Click on this button to delete the revision selected in the list of records of the third quadrant. It will not be possible to delete current revisions, but only those that are obsolete or are in progress, as long as this is not the only asset revision. Obsolete revisions can only be deleted if the "Block obsolete revision deletion" option is not checked in the data of the asset type selected in the second quadrant.

Click on the arrow on the right side of the button to view the asset data screen or the revision data screen of the asset that is selected on the main screen.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used to configure new reports.

When clicked, it allows to finish the revision that is selected on the screen, regardless of the step it is in.
