Overview:
Through this menu the verification activity may be executed even if it has not gone through the programming step.
The main screen is divided into three quadrants. The first quadrant displays the panel with search filters that allow locating the plans and their verification activities more easily. The second quadrant displays the verification plans created in the system, while the third quadrant displays the activities of the plan selected in the second quadrant.

▪Click on this button, located in the second quadrant, to view the data of the verification plan selected in the list of records. ▪Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the data of the activity selected in the list of records. |

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired activity blank form and activity form reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to create a new verification activity directly in the verification step. See further details about this operation in the Executing a verification section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to start, edit and close the verification activity selected in the list of records.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to delete the verification activity selected in the list of records from the plan.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to associate the execution of the activity selected in the list of records with the authenticated user. This button will not be available if the activity executor is a specific user previously set in its configuration or if the activity is closed. It is also possible to associate the activity with the logged user by clicking on it or editing it.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to disassociate the execution of the activity selected in the list of records from the authenticated user. This button will not be available if the activity executor is a specific user previously set in its configuration or if the activity is closed.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to view the verification list through the Gantt chart. In the execution step, the chart will display the comparative between the programming and execution dates of the verification.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to enable/disable the verification activity selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Changing the status of an activity section.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to make a copy of the verification. For finished verifications, the system will create a copy of them. For verifications in progress, the system will ask whether you wish to edit them.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send the record to the previous step. In the execution step, the verification will be sent to the programming step.

Click on this button, located in the third quadrant, to send the record to the next step. In the execution step, the verification will be finished. If the activity has an approval step, before finishing it, the system will generate the Execution approval activity.
