Location

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite assets in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

Asset: Select the asset whose location you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the asset whose location you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the asset whose location you wish to search.

Asset status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible steps in which the asset may be: Verification, Calibration, Maintenance, Disabled, Available, Usage event, Maintenance event or Calibration event. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the record of the asset whose location will be viewed.

Serial number: Enter the serial number of the asset whose location will be viewed.

Specification: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible specification of the asset whose location you wish to search.

Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the asset whose location you wish to view.

Gage owner: In the Type field, select the desired option to locate assets from the organization (internal) or from another organization (third-party) or both. If the "External" option is selected, in the respective field, select the Company that owns the asset.

Condition: Use the fields in this section to locate the assets under determined condition associated with verification, maintenance or calibration activities. To do that, enter the ID # and the name of the asset condition or select the desired condition.

Asset: Select the storage place of the asset you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to view the data of the selected storage place and clear the field.

User: Select the user that has the asset you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to fill it with the logged-in user data and clear it.

Period: Select the date range that covers the period in which the asset is/was in the location you wish to search.

Show current location only: Check this field for the system to display only the last location of the asset in the search result. In that case, the locations in which the asset has previously been stored will be disregarded.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the type of the asset whose location you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.
