Task:

Maintenance record

Who receives it:

The users of the team responsible for checking the asset out for maintenance.

When:

The Send to maintenance action is selected when an asset returns from usage.

Purpose:

To create the asset maintenance record.

 

How to execute this task:

 

1.Select the desired asset from the list of pending records.

 

2.After that, click on the toolbar button.

 

3.On the screen that will be opened, enter the date and time in which the asset was checked out for maintenance and check if the addressee is correct. See a detailed description of the other displayed fields and tabs in the Checking an asset out for maintenance section.
