Creating a procedure

To add a new procedure, click on the button on the main screen toolbar. On the screen that will be displayed, select the type that will classify the procedure being created and save your selection.

 

On the screen that will be displayed, fill out the following fields:

 

 

ID #: Enter a number or code for the procedure.

Name: Enter the name of the procedure.

Procedure type: This field displays the procedure type selected during the addition, although it is possible to edit it. In that case, select the type that will classify the procedure. Use the other buttons to add a type to classify the procedure and clear the field.

Description: Use this field to record important comments on the storage place.

 

Select one of the following options to indicate where the procedure will be obtained from:

File: The procedure will be contained in an electronic file. To associate the file, click on the button next to the field and, on the screen that will be opened, locate and select the desired file. Use the other buttons next to the field to clear it and view the selected file.

URL: The procedure will be contained in a URL. In this case, enter the desired address. Use the button to check if the entered URL is valid.

 

After that, save the record.
