Control - Events |
Use this sub-section to configure events, maintenance and verification plans, as well as the control for the calibration of the asset in question.
When editing the data of an asset and clicking on the Control Events section, the following options will be available:
In this section it is possible to configure the events that may be performed in the asset in question: Usage eventCheck the Usage event field for this event to be controlled. Fill in the following fields: Configuration: Select the configuration that will be applied to the usage event. Responsible team: Select the team that will be responsible for the usage event. The system automatically fills in this field with the team defined in the configuration, but it is possible to edit it. Usage group: Use this field to define whether the usage event may be executed by any system user or only by a restrict group of users. To do that, select one of the following options: ▪Public: If this option is checked, it indicates that any user will have permission to perform the usage event. ▪Restricted: If this option is checked, it indicates that only a restricted group of users may perform the usage event. This group can be made up of users from a determined department, position, or team, as well as of specific users.
Maintenance eventCheck the Maintenance event field for this event to be controlled. Fill in the following fields: Configuration: Select the configuration that will be applied to the maintenance event. Responsible team: Select the team that will be responsible for the event. The system automatically fills in this field with the team defined in the configuration, but it is possible to edit it.
Calibration eventCheck the Calibration event field for this event to be controlled. Fill in the following fields: Configuration: Select the configuration that will be applied to the calibration event of the asset. Responsible team: Select the team that will be responsible for the event. The system automatically fills in this field with the team defined in the configuration, but it is possible to edit it.
Use this section to define a verification plan for the asset. This plan will be used to define the activity to be executed by the technician during asset verification. All plans to which the asset in question is related will be displayed in this section. Use the following buttons of the side toolbar:
Use this section to define a preventive maintenance plan for the asset. This plan is used to define the activity to be executed by the technician during asset maintenance. All plans to which the asset in question is related will be displayed in this section. Use the following buttons of the side toolbar:
Maintenance routeUse this section to define a maintenance route plan for the asset. Use the following buttons of the side toolbar:
CalibrationUse this section to define a calibration plan for the asset, in addition to configure the calibration result control. To configure the calibration control of the asset, fill in the following fields: ▪Standard gage resolution: Enter the resolution, i.e., the lowest reading that may be performed in the asset calibration. It is worth pointing out that the resolution can be a fraction of the asset indication. Example: a person measures a particular part with a gage that has a 0.01 mm scale division (measurement = 10.09 mm), with the possibility of estimating one more unit of this measurement (for example, 10.094 mm). ▪Hysteresis: Check this option for the asset to be calibrated considering hysteresis. If it is not checked, the hysteresis will not be considered when calibrating the asset. Define, in the calibration plan, the activity that will be executed by the technician during asset calibration. All plans to which the asset in question is related will be displayed in this section. Use the buttons in this section:
