Location: View Calibration
Overview:
Through this operation, it is possible to track the calibrations saved in the system, regardless of their status. From the result obtained in the search, it is possible to generate the Gantt chart to track the schedule and the execution deadline of each calibration.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to view the data of the calibration selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the calibrations displayed in the list of records in a Gantt chart.

Click on this button to use the Analytics resource to analyze the result obtained from the search.

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired usage adequacy, calibration certificate, calibration results, and blank data collection reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to view the gage evolution chart. On the screen that will be opened, fill out the required fields and click on the View chart button. Thus, the chart will be displayed according to the information selected in the field.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. The details of the calibration selected in the list of records of the second quadrant will be displayed in the third quadrant.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.
|
Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the button to add them.
For further details about the "Search filters" panel and other view operations, refer to the Views section.

Use this filter to select an attribute that will be displayed as a column in the search listing, allowing its value to appear in line with the calibration activity. To do that, click on the Add attribute in the result button and select the attribute used in calibrations that you wish to search. To add more than one attribute in this search, use the Add option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Asset: Select the asset related to the calibration activity you wish to search.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the asset related to the calibration activity you wish to search.
Name: Enter the name of the asset related to the calibration activity you wish to search.
Asset status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible steps in which the asset may be: Verification, Calibration, Maintenance, Disabled, Available, Usage event, Maintenance event or Calibration event. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Serial number: Enter the serial number of the asset related to the calibration activity that you wish to search.
Specification: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible specification of the asset related to the calibration activity you wish to search.
Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the asset related to the calibration activity you wish to view.
Gage owner: In the Type field, select the desired option to locate assets from the organization (internal) or from another organization (third-party) or both. If the "External" option is selected, in the respective field, select the Company that owns the asset.
Condition: Use the fields in this section to locate the assets under determined condition associated with verification, maintenance or calibration activities. To do that, enter the ID # and the name of the asset condition or select the desired condition.
Location: Use the fields in this section to locate assets that belong to a determined location, associated with verification, maintenance, or calibration activities of assets that belong to a certain location, or that are with a certain user.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the type of the asset related to the calibration activity you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the plan to which the calibration activity you wish to view belongs.
Name: Enter the name of the plan to which the calibration activity you wish to view belongs.
Responsible team: Select the team responsible for the plan to which the calibration activity you wish to view belongs.
Deadline: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible deadline status of the plan to which the calibration activity you wish to view belongs. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all options on the list and clear the checked options.
Priority: Use the fields to locate the calibration activity you wish to search through the result and the index of the priority of the plan to which it belongs.
Date-based frequency: Use the fields in this section to locate the calibration activity through the configuration of the date-based frequency of the plan. In this case, select the frequency type that was used and/or enter the number of the "unit" with which the plan is executed.
Meter-based frequency: Use the fields in this section to locate the calibration activity through the configuration of the meter-based frequency of the plan. In this case, enter the value range that covers the value configured in the plan you wish to search.
Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status (active or inactive) of the plan to which the calibration activity you wish to search belongs.
Due date: Select the date range that covers the due date of the plan to which the calibration activity you wish to search belongs.
Last execution: Select the date range that covers the date of the last execution of the plan to which the calibration activity you wish to search belongs.
Service center: Select the service center related to the plan to which the calibration activity you wish to search belongs.
Responsible technician: Select the responsible technician related to the plan to which the calibration activity you wish to search belongs.

Enter the ID # and/or the name of the standard activity that started the calibration activity that will be viewed.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the calibration activity you wish to search.
Deadline: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible execution status of the calibration activity you wish to search. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.
Status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible status of the calibration activity you wish to search: Planning, Programming approval, To be started, Execution, Execution approval, Closed or Cancelled.
Activity type: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the calibration activity type you wish to view.
Priority: Use the fields to locate the calibration activity you wish to search through the result and the index of its priority.
Responsible team for planning: Enter the responsible team for the planning of the calibration activity you wish to search.
Responsible team for the execution: Select the team responsible for the execution of the calibration activity you wish to search.
Executor: Enter the executor of the calibration activity you wish to search. Use the other buttons on the side of the field to fill it out with the logged user data or clear it.
Plan: Enter the plan that has the calibration activity you wish to search.
Activity classification: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible classification set for the calibration activity you wish to search.
Service center: Select the service center related to the calibration activity you wish to search.
Responsible technician: Select the responsible technician for the calibration activity you wish to search.
Defects: Enter the defect associated with the calibration activity you wish to search.
Cause: Enter the cause of any defect associated with the calibration activity you wish to search.
Linked activity: Enter the calibration activity associated with the calibration activity you wish to search.

Planned start date: Enter the period that covers the planned start date of the calibration activity.
Planned end date: Enter the period that covers the planned end date of the calibration activity.
Actual start date: Enter the period that covers the actual start date of the calibration activity.
Actual end date: Enter the period that covers the actual end date of the calibration activity.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the standard activity that originated the calibration activity you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Use this filter to locate the calibration activities of a particular service center. To do that, click on the Add button and select the desired service center. To add more than one service center in this search, use the Add option at the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Type: Select the occurrence type that was associated with the activity you wish to search. The occurrences can be: Workflow, Action plan, Incident, Problem and Isolated action.
ID #: Enter the ID # of the occurrence.
Title: Enter the title of the occurrence.

Select the request that was issued for the execution of the calibration you wish to view or enter its ID # and/or name.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the SEARCH button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right side of the view screen.
