If it is required to edit any calibration information, such as rescheduling the execution period, change the responsible for the execution, and associate the resources, click on the name of the calibration activity in the control panel. At this point, a screen containing the calibration activity data that can be edited will be displayed.
(A) To reschedule the period in which the activity must be executed, complete the Planned start date and Planned end date fields with the dates that will define the new activity execution period.
(B) If necessary, it is also possible to change the Description of the activity.
(C) To change the executors of the activity, select the new Team responsible for the execution and, if necessary, define the member of this team who will be the specific Executor of the calibration.
(D) When the Add resource button is clicked, a screen will open for the resources of the activity to be selected. |
