Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to manage the proficiency scales that will be used to evaluate the competences and other aspects of the employees of the organization. In the first quadrant of this menu are presented the search filters, which allow you to find the desired scales more easily. In the second quadrant are presented the proficiency scales created in the system, while in the third quadrant are presented the revisions by which the scales selected in the second quadrant have passed or are passing.

Click on this button in the second quadrant to add a new proficiency scale. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a proficiency scale section.

Click on the arrow next to this button in the second quadrant to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button in the second quadrant to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Click on this button, in the third quadrant, to add a new revision of the proficiency scale selected in the second quadrant. See more details in the Revising a proficiency scale section. This button will only be enabled when the status of the selected proficiency scale is Released.

Click on this button, in the third quadrant, to edit data of the proficiency scale selected in the second quadrant, that is being reviewed. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a proficiency scale section. This button will only be enabled when the status of the selected proficiency scale is Issue.

Click on this button, in the third quadrant, to delete the current revision of the proficiency scale selected in the second quadrant. If all current revisions are deleted, the proficiency scale record will be deleted as well. Note that it will not be possible to delete obsolete revisions of a proficiency scale.

Click on this button in the third quadrant to release the proficiency scale selected in the second quadrant and release it for use. See more details about this operation in the Releasing a proficiency scale section.

Click on this button, in the third quadrant, to view the data of the proficiency scale selected in the second quadrant, when the selected revision is the current revision.

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
