Evaluation execution

In this menu, the system displays the evaluation plans running the appraiser types, grouping the employees whose evaluations are the responsibility of the logged-on user, allowing their completion.

	Click on this button to: ▪Evaluate the competences of an employee. Refer to the Competence evaluation (Only one employee) and Competence evaluation (Multiple employees) sections for detailed descriptions on how the screen will be displayed according to the number of selected employees. ▪Evaluate the career and succession items of an employee. Refer to the Career and succession evaluation section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation. ▪Manually perform the review evaluation. Refer to the Review evaluation section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation.
	Click on this button to view the data of the evaluation selected in the list of records, which is already closed. To view the closed evaluations, use the "Status" field of the Evaluation filter in the search filters panel.
	Click on the arrow located next to this button to configure and issue the blank evaluation and evaluation data reports you wish. This button also allows configuring a new report or associating an existing report and also viewing the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button to return the closed evaluation selected in the list of records. Note that this button will only be enabled if the selected evaluation is finished, but the evaluation plan has not been finished yet. To view the closed evaluations, use the "Status" field of the Evaluation filter in the search filters panel.
	Click on this button to finish the evaluation selected in the list of records. See further details in the Closing an evaluation section.
