Overview:

The record retention schedule aims to define a term of custody and the destination of documents, managing and standardizing their storage. Through this menu, all the possible record retention schedules that will be associated to the categories of the documents that do not have revision control will be recorded.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new record schedule. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a record retention schedule section.

Click on this button to edit the record retention schedule selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the record retention schedule selected from the list of records. To perform this operation, confirm the request performed by the system.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. In order to view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
