Overview:

Through this menu, the user can create the images (templates) that may later be associated with the form. The association of templates with the form is performed through the Form designer image component.

Specific buttons:

	Adds a template. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a template section.
	Edits the template selected in the list of records.
	Deletes the template selected in the list of records.
	Configures a new report or associates an existing report.
	Edits the status (enabled/disabled) of the selected record.
