SE Form presents, in its designer, components items for data input and structural elements. See further details about each of these items below:
Components for data input:Input: It is a field that allows the input of text data, numeric, and decimal types. List of values: It is a field that allows to select a value through a selection list or through a search. Checkbox: It is a field that allows checking/unchecking an option. Radio Button: It is a field that allows checking one option among several others (other radio buttons). SpinInput: It is a field that allows the input of data of numeric type. Text: It is a field that allows the input of text. Rich text: This field allows entering rich text, that is, it allows formatting the text (defining or changing font type, size, and color, applying bold, italic, and underline), formatting paragraphs, inserting tables, links, and images. Date: It is a field that allows the input of data of date type. Time: It is a field that allows the input of data of time type. Grid: It is a table that allows the association of several records, for example, the items of an order. File: It is a field that allows the selection of a file. Signature: It is a field that allows the inclusion of the user's signature.
Structural elementsFieldSet: It is a table type that contains only one row and one column, and that has a title in the upper left part. This component aims to organize and group the field and information in a form. Title: This component is used to add a title to the form, text for a field, or a message. Image: This component is used to add an image in the form. Button: This component is used to add a button in the form.
General dataForm revision: This component displays the revision date of the form. This component will only be displayed if the form table is configured with revision control.
ContainerCause analysis: This option will only be displayed if the "Cause analysis" container has been enabled in the form data. This component allows you to perform the cause analysis when the form is associated with an automated process activity for SE Problem. It is necessary that the process activity is configured for the cause analysis step. Action plan: This option will only be displayed if the "Action plan" container has been enabled in the form data. This component allows viewing or adding/editing action plans when the form is associated in an automated process activity for SE Incident or SE Problem. It is necessary that the activity of the process is configured for the association or visualization of action plans. Loss event: This option will only be displayed if the "Loss event" container has been enabled in the form data. This component allows you to record and control operational loss events when the form is associated with an automated process activity for SE Incident or SE Problem. It is necessary that the process activity and the incident/problem type are configured with the operational loss feature. Attachments: This component allows you to add or view attachments directly from the associated form in an automated process activity for SE Workflow, SE Incident or SE Problem.
For each item (component or structural element), there will be a series of properties for customization, such as height, width, color, token, rules, etc. The properties depend on the component and may be edited in the form designer through the properties panel. |
