Location: View Revision
Overview:
Through this menu, the user can track the form revisions, regardless of their status. Use the search filters located on the left side of the main screen to find the desired records based on specific information:

When clicked, it opens the data screen of the selected form for viewing. Click on the arrow placed on the right side of the button to also view the revision data of the selected form.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow placed next to this button to check the available report options for the selected menu. This button also allows to configure a new report or associate an existing report.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to three quadrants. By selecting this option, the details of the form selected from the list of records will be displayed in the third quadrant.

Click on this button to change the main screen layout to two quadrants.

Use the fields in this filter to locate the form revisions through certain information about the revision. It is possible to find the revisions through the reason associated with the review; the step in which the review is (Draft, Review, Approval, Release, or Finished); Revision status (In progress, Current or Obsolete); range of dates that covers the day the revision was created or how many days ago the revision was performed.

After you complete the necessary filters, click on the Search button on the Search filters panel or press ENTER on the keyboard to perform the search. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
