Overview:

For process managers that involve a service type that needs to manage the activity backlog and resource allocation, Workload management will assist in the development, analysis, and monitoring of different types of users (resources). In this menu, the system will display the incident activities that are not associated with specific users (resources). The use of this menu allows decision making while redistributing tasks, team workload and (re)prioritization of demands, thus evolving process control panel options.
