Location: View  Actions and plans
Overview:
Through this view, it is possible to keep track of the actions and plans associated with the incident records. This view allows you to view the data of the action, action plan, or incident where the action or action plan was associated.
Specific buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button to view the incident, action, or action plan data screen:
▪View incident data: If this option is selected, the system will display the incident data screen selected on the main screen. ▪View action plan data: If this option is selected, the system will display the data screen of the action plan associated with the incident selected on the main screen. ▪View action data: If this option is selected, the system will display the action plan data screen associated with the incident selected on the main screen. |

When clicked, loads SE Analytics for the result obtained in the search to be analyzed.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

Use the filters described below to find the desired record(s) by specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the  button to add advanced filters.

Use the fields in this filter to find incidents and their plans through incident information (instances). It is possible to find incidents through the ID # or title of the incident, the status in which the incident is (progress, suspended, canceled, etc.), department or name of the starter of the incident, and also through the period in which the incident was started and/or closed.

Through the fields of this filter, it is possible to find incidents and their respective plans through information about actions or plans that have been associated with the incidents. It is possible to find incidents through the ID # or title of the action or action plan; planned and actual dates of actions and plans; parties responsible for the planning and/or execution or through the team responsible for the action or action plan.

After filling in the required filters, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to search or press the ENTER key on your keyboard.
