To verify if the e-mail capture will be successfully performed by the system, perform the following steps:

First, check if the e-mail account verification scheduling is properly configured. Refer to the Email import configuration section for a detailed description on how to perform this operation.

Send an e-mail to the same user whose e-mail account was entered in the scheduling:

3.
|
Wait for the moment of the execution of the verification according to the recurrence configured in the scheduling. When the verification is executed, the e-mail will be captured and a new document will be created in the category defined in the scheduling.
