SE Incident has widgets that make it easier to record your incidents. To do that, create or edit a Portal and associate one or more SE Incident widgets:

The logged-in user can only start the incidents through the widgets if the user has the permission to start, that is, incidents in which the user has the "Instantiate process" control enabled in the process security data.

When you configure this widget in a portal, the system will list all incidents that the user has checked as favorites in the incident management menu.

When you configure this widget on a portal, the system will list all incidents that the logged-on user is allowed to start. The list of authorized incidents will vary according to the user accessing the Portal.

When you configure this widget in a portal, the system will list the most-initiated incidents in the system. Only the incidents that the logged-in user is allowed to start will be displayed.

This widget presents a custom list of incidents that can be started. While adding this widget to the portal, it will be required to enter a Title for the widget, then select the Incident type that will be started through the widget. Select as many types as required.
