Overview:
Through this operation, it is possible to view the items saved in the system, regardless of their status.
Specific buttons:

When clicked, it opens the electronic file for viewing.
|
|
When clicked, it displays the structure of the selected item.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to this button to view the item data or the revision data screen.
|
|
When clicked, it loads SE Analytics for the result obtained from the search to be analyzed.
|
|
Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow next to this button to verify the report options available for the menu in question. This button also enables configuring a new report or associating an existing report.

|
When clicked, it allows downloading the electronic file(s) of the selected item, if existent. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.
|
|
When clicked, it allows viewing the digital signature of the electronic file of the selected item. Remember that this button may only be used if the electronic file was digitally signed.
|
|
When clicked, it allows comparing the revisions of the same item or of different items.
|
|
Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 3 quadrants. In the third quadrant, the system will display the details of the selected item.

Click on the arrow next to the button to change the screen layout to 2 quadrants.

Use the filters described below to locate the desired records through specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the  button to add them.

To view the item attributes in the view listing and OLAP analysis, click on the Add attribute in the result button. Then, in the menu that will be displayed, select the desired attribute. When you search, the selected attribute will be displayed as a new column on the screen. The values filled in for the attribute will be displayed in the listing itself for each record returned in the view.

Select the Only favorites field to display only records classified as favorite in the search result. For more information, refer to the "Search Filters View favorite records" section.

Use this filter to locate items based on the data of the item you wish to view itself or of items that are part of its structure.
Item: Select the item you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the item you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the item you wish to view.
Status: Select whether the item is active or inactive.
Object status: Use this filter to find the items that are with a defined status: Issue, Released, Under revision or Cancelled.
Item origin: Check this filter if the origin of the item is internal (of the organization) or external.

Use this filter to see which items were associated with a particular feature.
ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the characteristic associated with the item you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the characteristic associated with the item you wish to view.

Use this filter to find items that are stored in a defined storeroom.
Storerooms: Select the storeroom associated with the item you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the storeroom associated with the item you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the storeroom associated with the item you wish to view.

Use the fields in this filter to locate items associated with a particular customer.
Customer: Select the customer associated with the item you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the customer associated with the item you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the customer associated with the item you wish to view.

Use the fields in this filter to locate items associated with a particular supplier.
Supplier: Select the supplier associated with the item you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the supplier associated with the item you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the supplier associated with the item you wish to view.

Use the fields in this filter to locate items associated with a particular manufacturer.
Manufacturer: Select the manufacturer associated with the item you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the manufacturer associated with the item you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the manufacturer associated with the item you wish to view.

Use the fields in this filter to locate items associated with a particular transporter.
Transporter: Select the transporter associated with the item you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the transporter associated with the item you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the transporter associated with the item you wish to view.

Use the fields in this filter to locate items associated with a particular asset.
Asset: Select the asset associated with the item you wish to view.
ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the item associated with the asset you wish to view.
Name: Enter the name of the asset associated with the item you wish to view.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute, the operator, and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, just click on the Add attribute button again and repeat the procedure described above.

After filling in the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the Search filters panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard.
