Actions for the revision - ISO9000

This section will display the options available for the treatment of the revision of an item whose type is configured with "ISO9000 based" revision template.

 

It is important to point out that only the responsible team can edit the item data.

 

First, locate and select the item in the main screen list of records. After that, click on the toolbar button. At this point, the record data screen will be opened. At the upper part of the screen, the following actions may be available:

Accept revision

When clicking on this option, the revision will be sent to the next step. Remember that, in the DRAFT task, this is the only available option.

Send back to draft step

When clicking on this option, the revision will be returned to the draft step. Do not forget to enter, in the following field, the critiques that must be solved by the revision drafter. Remember that this field will not be displayed in the DRAFT task.

Delete revision

Select this option to delete the revision in progress.
