Indicator

Group by: Expand the list and check the options through which you wish to group the indicator data: Asset type, Asset, Manufacturer, Activity, Service center, Activity classification and Asset attributes. Use the buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Attribute: This field will only be enabled when the "Asset attributes" option is checked in the "Group by" field. In this case, select the attributes that will be used to group the indicators.

Start: Enter the start date of the period in which the indicators are to be searched.

End: Enter the end date of the period in which the indicators are to be searched.

Periodic accumulation: Select the corresponding option no to display the periodic accumulation or to display the weekly, monthly, biannual, or yearly accumulation of the indicators in the search result.

Asset: Select the asset whose indicators you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the ID # of the asset whose indicators you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the asset whose indicators you wish to search.

Asset status: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the possible steps in which the asset may be: Verification, Calibration, Maintenance, Disabled, Available, Usage event, Maintenance event or Calibration event. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Status: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the status of the record of the asset whose indicators will be viewed.

Serial number: Enter the serial number of the asset whose indicators are to be searched.

Specification: Expand the list and check the options corresponding to the possible specification of the asset whose indicators you wish to search.

Responsible team: Select the responsible team for the asset whose indicators you wish to view.

Gage owner: In the Type field, select the desired option to locate assets from the organization (internal) or from another organization (third-party) or both. If the "External" option is selected, in the respective field, select the Company that owns the asset.

Condition: Use the fields in this section to locate the assets under determined condition associated with verification, maintenance or calibration activities. To do that, enter the ID # and the name of the asset condition or select the desired condition.

Location: Use the fields in this section to locate assets that belong to a certain location associated with verification, maintenance, or calibration activities of assets that belong to a determined location or that are with a certain user.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the type of the asset whose indicators you wish to search, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Use the field to view the asset indicators through the activity types to which the assets are related. To do that, expand the list and check the options that correspond to the desired activity type. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the standard activity that originated the activity to which the asset whose indicators you wish to search is related, the operator and a value for it. To use more than one attribute in this search, use the Add attribute option in the bottom of the panel and repeat the procedure described previously. After adding the desired attributes, click on the Apply button.

Time to repair: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the time to repair indicators that will be displayed as columns in the view listing. Use the other buttons next to the field to check all available options and clear the checked options.

MTTR: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the mean time to repair indicators that will be displayed as columns in the view listing.

MTBF: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the mean time between failures that will be displayed as columns in the view listing.

MTTF: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the mean time to failure that will be displayed as columns in the view listing.

Downtime: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the downtime indicators that will be displayed as columns in the view listing.

Availability: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the availability indicators that will be displayed as columns in the view listing.

Costs: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the cost indicators that will be displayed as columns in the view listing.

# of activities: Expand the list and check the options that correspond to the # of activities indicators that will be displayed as columns in the view listing.
