Maintenance route

Task:	Maintenance route
Who receives it:	Users who belong to the team responsible for the maintenance route. This team is defined on the maintenance route plan data screen.
When:	Depending on the frequency set on the maintenance route plan data screen in question.
Purpose:	To indicate that the activities of the maintenance route must be programmed/executed.

How to execute this task:

1.Select the desired route from the list of pending records.

2.Then, click on the arrow located next to the button and select the desired option:

▪Activity programming: Select this option to program the maintenance route activity. When clicking on this option, the system will open a screen with all the route activities that will be programmed.

▪Activity execution: Select this option to create the maintenance route activity in the execution step. When clicking on this option, the system will open a screen with all the route activities that will be executed.

3.After selecting one of the options, the system will display a screen with all the maintenance route activities that will be programmed/executed. Click on the button to edit the data of the maintenance route activity:

4.Repeat this operation for the other maintenance route activities.

Both the activity programming and execution may go through APPROVAL if the respective step is properly configured in the standard activity associated in the maintenance route plan.
