Variable reading

This section will only be displayed if the option to copy the data from the standard activity has been selected during the creation. Use it to associate the variables that must be read when executing the activity.

Click on this button to associate a variable with the maintenance plan. In the respective field on the screen that will be opened, select the desired variable. Use the other buttons next to the field to add a new control variable and associate it with the plan and clear the field.

Check the Mandatory reading field to require reading the selected variable when executing the activities of the plan. Keep the option unchecked if the variable reading does not need to be mandatory.

Once done, click on Save.

Click on this button to edit the association of the variable selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to disassociate the control variable selected in the list of records from the plan.

If associating activities in the preventive maintenance plan that are not associated in the assets, when saving the preventive maintenance plan for the first time, the system will ask whether you wish to associate the plan variables with the assets. To associate the variables, simply select them and click on the Save button.
