Creating a preventive maintenance activity (programming)

See, in this section, how to program preventive maintenances in the system:

 

1.In the list of records on the second quadrant, locate and select the desired preventive maintenance plan.

 

2.Click on the new button, located in the third quadrant, to program a preventive maintenance activity. If the selected plan has scheduled preventive maintenance activities, the system will ask whether you wish to edit the preventive maintenance activity data for it to be possible to edit its execution scheduling.

 

3.At this point, the data screen will be displayed:

4.In the General data arrowrgray General data section, fill in the following fields:

ID #: Enter an ID # for preventive maintenance activity. Remember that, if the standard activity of the preventive maintenance plan was configured to use a mask, when generating the automatic identifier, the respective mask will be displayed. This field may be disabled if the respective configuration is also set in the standard activity of the preventive maintenance plan.

Planning: Use this field to enter the preventive maintenance activity planning start and end dates:

Execution: Execution fields can only be filled when the activity is in the "Execution" step. However, it will be possible to edit the Responsible team, in charge of executing the preventive maintenance. To define a specific performer, enable this option by clicking on the button next to the Executor field, and then select the user that will execute the preventive maintenance.

 

5.After completing all required fields, the preventive maintenance activity data can be saved for the first time. To do that, click on the Save button to save the data.
