Confirming a meeting scheduling

See how to confirm the scheduling of a meeting:

In the list of records on the main screen, locate and select the desired meeting.

After that, click on the default button on the toolbar.

At this point, the meeting data screen will be opened in the Scheduling confirmation section. In the Do you agree? field, select the "Yes" option to indicate that you are in accordance with the scheduling of the meeting or the "No" option to indicate that you do not agree with it. Enter an explanation for the option selected before. If selecting the No option, it is mandatory to enter an explanation.

After that, click on the Save and exit option. If the participant executing the confirmation is:

Optional, the confirmation will be only informative and may be viewed later in the participant data in the meeting record.

Mandatory, depending on the option selected in the "Do you agree?" field, the meeting will be sent to one of the following steps:

oScheduling: If the "No" option is selected, it will return to the Scheduling step for the responsible party to add a new participant. It is important to point out that it is enough for one mandatory participant not to agree with the scheduling for the meeting to return to "scheduling".

oMinutes: If the "Yes" option is selected, it will continue to the Minutes step for the note taker participant to enter the minutes. Note that, for the meeting to go to the "Minutes" step, it is necessary for all mandatory participants to confirm the scheduling.

 

This operation may also be performed through the Confirmation task.
