Overview:
Configure through this menu all possible activities and decisions that were created in the flowchart of the processes of the organization. The activity/decision executor is defined through the process flowchart.
To add, edit, delete, view data or cancel activities, the user must have the corresponding permissions in the permission profile or the process type of which the activity is part.

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to edit an activity or decision. View more details about this operation in the Editing data of an activity/decision section.

Click on this button to delete the activity or decision selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to issue a report. Click on the arrow placed next to this button to verify the available report options for the selected menu. This button also allows to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file to configure a new report, associate any existing report or even view the parameters that can be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the activity selected on the main screen. To view the inactive records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.

Click on this button to view the input & output diagram of the selected activity.

Click on this button to view the turtle diagram of the selected activity.
