Overview:
The characteristics that will be associated with processes, activities, and decisions are created in this menu. Characteristics describe processes, activities or decisions with properties that can be classified into the following types:
▪Attribute type characteristics: are the characteristics that cannot be measured. For this type of characteristic however, only defect and cause can be entered. A single example of this kind of characteristic is Color. ▪Variable type characteristics: are the characteristics that can be measured. These characteristics have specific details. Some simple examples of this type are: Weight, Height, Width, among others.

Click on the arrow next to this button to select one of the following options:
▪Attribute: Select this option to create attribute type characteristics. See further details about this operation in the Creating an attribute type characteristic section. ▪Variable: Select this option to create variable type characteristics. See further details about this operation in the Creating a variable type characteristic section. |

Click on this button to edit the characteristic selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the characteristic selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the inactive records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.
